Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

All Benomader products are made to order through Print-on-Demand. This means every item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

We only replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

This policy applies worldwide and complies with consumer protection standards, including EU regulations that allow sellers of custom or made-to-order goods to exclude returns except in cases of defect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@benomader.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

All made-to-order products (unless damaged, defective, or misprinted).
Digital/downloadable items.
Gift cards.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you were approved for a refund but haven’t received it yet:

Check your bank or card account.
Contact your card company or bank (processing times can take several days).
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@benomader.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style changes. Replacements are only issued for defective or incorrect items.

Shipping & Returns

Since we do not accept general returns, you will not need to ship your order back unless specifically requested by our team for inspection. If return shipping is required, we will provide instructions.
